Acceptance
These terms apply to Mivo provided by 广州云聆科技. Registration requires acceptance of the current terms and privacy policy. Minimum age: 18. Users who do not meet eligibility requirements may not create accounts.
Account security
Verify an email address you can access. Protect your password and credentials, do not transfer or share accounts, and do not impersonate others. The server determines IDs, roles and room creation permissions. Do not bypass permissions or interfere with the service.
Rooms and voice
Mivo provides topic-based voice rooms. Speaking requires your consent, microphone permission and room authorization. Hosts can manage seats, mute or remove participants who violate rules. Network, device and service interruptions can affect audio; connection and operation status are shown in the app.
Content and conduct
You are responsible for profiles, images, topics, text and speech you submit and must have rights to use them. Do not post unlawful, sexual, hateful, harassing, threatening, fraudulent or rights-infringing content. Do not collect or disclose another person’s private information without permission.
Content use and moderation
You permit storage, processing and display of submitted content to the extent necessary to operate the service. Reports are handled under the community guidelines. Violating content may be removed and accounts or rooms restricted. Private evidence is subject to access controls.
Sign-out and deletion
Signing out revokes a session. Initiate account deletion in Account Settings and verify your identity again. Clearing device cache does not delete the server account. See the deletion page and privacy policy for effects and retention.
Changes and contact
Service and policy updates will be communicated appropriately. Applicable law and dispute arrangements: Example: apply the laws of the People’s Republic of China and first seek an amicable resolution; unresolved disputes go to a court with lawful jurisdiction.
