Mivo is operated by 广州云聆科技. Contact address: Guangzhou, Guangdong, China (example; full contact address requires confirmation). This policy covers accounts, profiles, voice rooms and safety handling.
Information processed
Account information includes email, account ID, password hash, verification status and sessions. Profile and interaction information includes display name, avatar, biography, language, favorites, blocks, room membership and mic requests. Safety records include reports, image evidence, moderation actions and information you submit for support. Infrastructure may process IP addresses, request timestamps, device or SDK connection information and service diagnostics.
Purposes and visibility
We use information to authenticate accounts, operate voice rooms, synchronize profiles and seats, send verification emails, handle reports, limit abuse and diagnose failures. Display names, avatars and room presence may be visible to participants. Email, credentials and report evidence are not public profile fields.
Microphone and audio
Speaking is initiated by you and requires iOS microphone permission. Agora RTC handles live audio transport and connection information. This version does not implement audio recording or transcription and does not store room audio as recordings. You can leave the mic, leave the room or revoke permission in device Settings.
Service providers
Cloudflare provides API hosting, databases, file storage and realtime business messages. Google Gmail sends transactional email and processes recipient addresses and message content. Agora provides live voice transport. These providers process information necessary to deliver those services. Processing may occur outside your region; arrangements must be confirmed for the release regions before publication.
Retention and deletion
General retention: Example: retain service data while an account is active, then revoke sessions and delete or anonymize data after deletion requests. A proposed 30-day backup purge needs an implemented backup and cleanup process before confirmation. Safety and moderation retention: Example: retain restricted reports, moderation decisions and security audit records for 180 days after closure, subject to justified dispute or legal retention. This needs an implemented cleanup process before confirmation. Account deletion revokes sessions and removes or anonymizes related data. Retained records are limited to the purposes and periods published here.
Your choices
You can edit your profile, manage favorites and blocks, sign out and initiate account deletion in Account Settings. For access, correction or other privacy requests, contact [email protected]. Rights are handled under applicable law in the release regions.
Age and changes
Minimum age: 18. The version and effective date appear above. Material changes requiring renewed acceptance will be presented in the app.
